Sales Director - Armored Car Industry

Sales Director- Armored Trucking Company

SUMMARY: The Sales Director will assume the responsibility of driving revenue growth across all service lines (Armored Trucking, ATM, Currency Processing) in the NYC tri-state area for Rapid Armored's branches. This position entails managing both internal and external activities to acquire, onboard, and cultivate profitable revenue for Rapid Armored.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following duties are considered essential for this role, but additional tasks may be assigned by management as required due to reasonable accommodation or other factors.

· Develop and execute business growth plans by identifying and contacting potential customers, meeting their specific needs, providing value-added service solutions, and closing new business deals.

· Maintain a sales activity pipeline and track promising prospects.

· Plan and review pricing guidelines and ensure policy adherence.

· Identify and onboard banking prospects, ensuring successful integration of their business.

· Communicate market developments and trends to determine the company's marketing strategy.

· Exhibit initiative and self-management skills, operating without daily supervision and coaching.

· Participate in the company's budgeting and planning process by forecasting revenue, conducting market analysis, and assessing the impact of new and existing customer developments.

· Assist the Operations and Administration departments in project organization and meeting client expectations.

· Perform any other duties as assigned by the company/supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

· Possess a minimum of 5-10 years of outside sales management experience, preferably in B2B (business to business) situations, and ideally but not necessarily, in the cash in transit and/or payments processing industries.

· Demonstrate success in achieving growth through the execution of market development strategies.

· Exhibit consultative selling skills and a comprehensive understanding of solutions.

· Demonstrate a commitment to customer service.

· Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.

· Display exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· Effectively navigate change and influence decisions across diverse internal stakeholders.

· Collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels, from field personnel to executives.

· Demonstrate self-motivation, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skills.

· Accept and incorporate constructive input from others.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:

· Stand/Sit for extended periods.

· Ability to travel to customer locations with reliable transportation.

The pay range for this position is: $90,000-$110,000 per year plus commissions and/or bonuses. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the applicable law.
